about avoiding regulations; it is necessary to protect the privacy and the security of your kennel.
When that kennel is also your home, it is doubly important to maintain privacy. Information
kept by the USDA on licensed kennels is subject to inspection and review by anyone who files a
request under the Freedom of Information Act. Learn how to stay exempt from USDA licensing
and protect your privacy and security.
